Disclaimer and Liability Acknowledgment Policy

This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Big Sky Duct Cleaning & Residential Services provides duct cleaning, general duct servicing, and whole home duct blasting services. By requesting our services, you, the homeowner, agree to these terms and understand the responsibilities and liabilities involved.

Homeowner Responsibilities Before our arrival, please ensure the following:

1. Access to Registers: Clear any clutter or obstructions from around all air registers to allow unimpeded access.
2. Heavy Furniture: If heavy furniture or other large items need to be moved for access, please do so beforehand. Our staff is not responsible for moving heavy objects.
3. Special Circumstances: If you are elderly or have a disability and require assistance, please inform us in advance so we can make necessary accommodations.
4. Safe Environment: Ensure a safe working environment by removing any hazards that could pose risks to our staff.

Liability Acknowledgment

• Damages: Big Sky Duct Cleaning &/or Big Sky Inspection Services are not liable for any damages to your property incurred while moving objects or furniture unless such damages are a result of our gross negligence.
• Health and Safety: Our staff reserves the right to refuse service in environments deemed unsafe or where their health may be compromised.
• Time Management: Please respect our time. Excessive clutter or the need to move numerous items can delay our work, impacting other clients.

Additional Information

Additional Fees In instances where our staff is required to move small items or minimal clutter, a nominal fee of $50 for every 30 minutes will be charged, at our discretion . This fee is to cover the additional time and effort required. We appreciate your understanding.
